ONE-OFF CLEAN Description: Our one-off clean is perfect for giving your home a fresh reset. Whether you’re preparing for guests, catching up after a busy period, or just want your home back under control, we complete a thorough clean using our full house checklist system. This service focuses on all key areas to leave your home clean, refreshed, and comfortable. WHAT’S INCLUDED Bathrooms ✔ Showers, baths and tiles cleaned ✔ Toilets cleaned and sanitised ✔ Vanities, basins and mirrors cleaned ✔ Sinks and tapware sanitised and polished ✔ Fixtures and fittings wiped ✔ Skirting boards dusted ✔ Floors vacuumed and mopped Kitchen ✔ Benchtops and splashback cleaned ✔ Sinks and tapware sanitised and polished ✔ Exterior of appliances cleaned ✔ Cupboard fronts wiped ✔ General tidy of surfaces ✔ Skirting boards dusted ✔ Floors vacuumed and mopped Living, Bedrooms and Common Areas ✔ Dusting of all surfaces ✔ Skirting boards and windowsills dusted ✔ Doors and light switches wiped ✔ Mirrors cleaned ✔ General tidy of surfaces ✔ Floors vacuumed and mopped OPTIONAL ADD-ONS ✔ Interior windows and tracks ✔ Ceiling fans ✔ Air conditioning filters ✔ Wall cleaning (spot clean or full wash) ✔ Deep cleaning add-ons IMPORTANT NOTES ✔ This service is a general one-off clean and does not include heavy build-up removal or detailed deep cleaning ✔ Internal cupboards, ovens and detailed scrubbing are not included unless requested as an additional service Booking Information - Please note a $50 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your final invoice. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to attend. Rescheduling requests made with at least 48 hours' notice may have the deposit transferred to a new booking subject to availability. - The time allocated is an estimate only and is used for scheduling purposes, all cleans are priced as fixed packages based on the size & condition of the home. We do not charge by the hour. - Prices are based on standard home conditions and average sized homes. - Additional charges may apply for excessive build-up or optional add-on services, which will always be discussed with you before work begins.
